Every perfume page carries its full note pyramid — top, heart and base — plus the concentration and the wear time we actually measured. Read the base notes first: those are what you will still be wearing six hours in, and they matter far more than the opening.

An eau de parfum is an alcohol-based spray, typically 15–20% fragrance concentrate. It projects further and reads brighter on first spray.
An attar is oil-based and alcohol-free, applied to pulse points rather than sprayed. It sits closer to the skin, develops more slowly and lasts considerably longer, particularly in heat. If you work outdoors or in a hot climate, an attar will usually outlast a spray.
Oil-forward compositions and heavier base notes — oud, sandalwood, amber, resins, vetiver. Light citrus and aquatic notes evaporate fastest in heat and humidity, which is why a fresh cologne can feel gone by lunchtime here.
Applying to moisturised skin also makes a real difference. Fragrance clings to oil, so dry skin sheds it faster.
Each shade lists the undertone — warm, cool or neutral — alongside a description in words rather than only a colour swatch, because screens render colour differently. Match the undertone first and the depth second.
Photographs are shot in daylight without heavy retouching, but treat any on-screen colour as an approximation. If you are between two shades, write to us with the shade names and we will tell you which one behaves better on your undertone.
Almost never neat. Undiluted essential oils can burn or sensitise skin. Dilute in a carrier oil — around 2% for adults, which is roughly 12 drops in 30 ml of carrier — and patch-test on your inner forearm 24 hours before wider use.

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, and there is no handling, packing or cash-on-delivery fee. The price on the product page includes GST, and the total on the checkout screen is the final amount payable.
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery then takes 5-9 business days for most serviceable PIN codes.

Each bottle is individually bubble-wrapped and seated in a moulded insert, the cap is taped and the neck sealed before it goes in the box, and the outer carton carries a tamper-evident seal and a fragile label.
Check the seal before accepting the parcel. If it has been cut, resealed or is missing, refuse delivery and tell us the same day — that is much cleaner for both of us than sorting it out afterwards.
Not currently. Perfumes and essential oils count as flammable goods for air freight, which makes international shipping slow and disproportionately expensive. We would rather not charge you for a service we cannot do well.
Yes. You get the order reference by email immediately, and the courier name and AWB number once the parcel is handed over. Look it up any time on the track order page. Courier tracking usually takes 12 to 24 hours after dispatch to start updating, so a quiet tracking number on day one is normal.
Couriers attempt delivery three times, so keep the mobile number you entered at checkout reachable — most failed deliveries are really failed phone calls. If every attempt fails the parcel returns to us and prepaid orders are refunded in full once it arrives.
Cosmetics and fragrance sit against skin, so the return rules are stricter than clothing — and we say exactly where the line is.
If it is still sealed and unopened, yes — within 7 days of delivery, with the box and invoice, for a full refund.
Once a bottle has been opened, sprayed, swatched or applied we cannot take it back. These products go on skin and there is no way to verify or resell an opened unit safely. That is a hygiene limit, not a technicality we hide behind.
Separately, and with no seal condition at all: anything that arrives damaged, leaking, expired, wrong or missing gets replaced or refunded. Report it within 48 hours with photographs.
Not if it has been opened, and we would rather be straight with you about why. Skin chemistry, body temperature and humidity genuinely change how a composition develops — the same perfume can read sweeter on one person and sharper on another.
It is exactly why we print the full note pyramid on every page and put two samples in every parcel. If a scent has not worked for you, tell us what went wrong and we will use it to point you somewhere better next time.

Upright, capped, away from direct sunlight and away from heat. A cupboard is better than a bathroom shelf, and much better than a car. Heat and light break down the top notes first, so a bottle left on a sunny windowsill will smell flat within months.
Essential oils belong in amber glass — which is how we ship them — for the same reason. Citrus oils in particular oxidise fastest.
Perfumes and attars keep 3 to 5 years unopened and roughly 2 to 3 years in use, if stored properly. Most cosmetics carry a period-after-opening symbol on the pack — commonly 6, 12 or 24 months — and that is the figure to go by. Citrus essential oils are best used within 12 months of opening; woods and resins hold much longer.

Every parcel is sealed at dispatch, and the batch code printed on the bottle matches the code on the outer box. If those two do not match, or the seal was broken on arrival, photograph it and send it to us — we replace it without an argument.
Counterfeits are a real problem in this category, which is why we would rather give you something checkable than simply assert that we are trustworthy.
Yes. Every cosmetic page carries the complete INCI ingredient list, and every essential oil page states the botanical name, country of origin and extraction method.
If you have an allergy, read the list before ordering and patch-test on first use. We buy our oils against GC-MS reports rather than a supplier's assurance, and we will share the report for any oil you ask about.
Yes to both. We supply salons, spas, boutiques and gifting programmes, and we can do custom sets and bulk fills of the essential oils.
